Quality is mandated by the management and assured by the technical staff at every level of operation. Vega is committed to continual improvement in quality of product and processes and is coordinated by independent Quality assurance departments. Quality assurance department take care of validation of facilities, equipment process, cleaning process. Also deals with Approval of protocols for validation of facility/equipment/product/process, Documentation control, SOP preparation, audit, In-process checks, sampling, line clearance, record verification, stability and release of batches for marketing. QA is also responsible for handling NC of all departments and force departments to take corrective precaution.
Beside this QA makes plan for corrective and preventive action, Quality improvement plans and trend analysis.
